After residents receive their first printed statements in the mail, they have the option to register for eStatements.

Plus, with SouthData’s backup delivery feature, you don’t have to worry about electronic delivery failures or forgotten emails. If the eStatement isn’t viewed within a time specified by you, SouthData will send a paper statement. SouthData will also send a paper statement if the email delivery fails because of a bad email address.
